Ad Coop Progress Update 1

I just thought I would give an update on how things are progressing with the Co-op. You will all have started to notice the leads have started to filter through. It is deliberately slow at the moment as I wanted to ensure everything is working.

I want to just start with what you should do with these leads. The key thing to remember here is all of these leads are double opt in, that is we have made them submit their contact details twice before they can even view your website. Have a think about that for a second, they must be pretty determined to see what you have to offer. I strongly suggest you get on the phone and speak to them and explain you have seen they have visited your website and you would like to know what they thought.

You will find most of them are amazed that a real person has contacted them about visiting your website and you should be able to take things from their. Any concerns around this I suggest you speak to your upline sponsor.

If you cant get through I suggest adding them to your autoresponder (if you have a separate one) or sending a personal email thanking them for visiting your website and if they have any questions to contact you.

Advertising Progress

We have 2 Google Pay Per Click campaigns on the go and this is bringing in a steady stream of traffic. At this point I am not overly happy on some of the key words as they are generating a lot of clicks but not enough conversions so I am currently pruning these to bring our cost per lead down. We have had 65 leads from this since Saturday.

I have purchased a 2000 Power Lead campaign from Get Response. This is a tried and tested method of lead generation that is used by all the major Internet Marketers. This will give us a steady stream of traffic throughout the month and I have found the lead to sign up ratio very good in all the time I have used it.

We have an ad order placed with Mike Glaspie. This is a 50 word ad that will go out to Mikes list of 400,000 people. It will also appear as an exit pop on 4 of his most popular websites for a week. We will also get a link from his sites to our lead capture page which will potentially drive some traffic our way. And finally we will get a section in one of his weekly ezine updates to his 800,000 list. From my experience this always brings a lot of traffic so I will update when it is nearer the run date.

In addition to this I am sending 2 relationship building emails to the ever growing list which includes some gentle prodding to look at your website. I am also submitting a new article each day to the article directories so again over time this will create some free leads as the viral effect takes place. These articles also get placed on a blog I have set up for our coop leads as well!

I would just ask that you don’t fill in the second lead capture page as this will be someone’s SU page and they will be likely to phone you!!
